Making Credit Card Payments

We have linked up with WorldPay to ensure the maximum security for you in processing your card details. To reassure you further, when you get to our Roman Cart checkout page, you will notice a golden padlock located at the top of the page. This symbol ensures that your details will be kept safe from unauthorised use. We do not receive your card details and these remain with WorldPay solely for each transaction you make, after which they are deleted from their files.

Making Payments by UK Cheque

You may of course contact us directly by post, and send us your UK cheque with order. We can only accept cheques drawn on a UK mainland bank, as other cheques may take longer to process and have further bank processing charges.

Refunds Policy

We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in a fully resalable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (7 days) and in original, undamaged packaging. If we find that the product has not been returned us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item. If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us.
