Rose Window (Vincennes) Static Window Cling

Rose WindowVincennes is a commune in Paris' eastern suburbs. It has a fortress, where the Marquis de Sade was once held. The castle began as a hunting lodge around 1150 with enlargements and additions, including a 52m high donjon tower, being built over the following three centuries. Within the Château grounds is the Sainte-Chapelle de Vincennes. The clear glass and blue outlines in this rose window are a wonderful contrast to the flame like tendrils of the central sun. It is above the western door of the Sainte-Chapelle de Vincennes.
