Rose Window (Bristol Cathedral) Static Window Cling

Rose WindowBristol Cathedral was founded in the 12th century by Robert Fitzharding, a wealthy Bristol merchant who went on to become Lord Berkeley. This beautiful cathedral was rebuilt in the English Decorated Gothic style in the 14th Century. Most of the stained glass was replaced during the Victorian era or after WW2, however some 14th Century stained glass survives and can still be seen today. Bristol Cathedral is home to the wonderful abstract Holy Spirit window designed by Keith New in 1965, which is well worth seeing.
