Welsh Heritage (Cymru)

Stained glass designs available as 'Static Cling' window decorations

Welsh Heritage (Cymru)
Wales has its own distinctive Celtic-influenced culture, including its own language, customs and even holidays. The symbol of Wales is the red dragon, and dates to AD 829 when it was supposedly first used as the battle standard of Welsh Celtic leaders. Henry Tudor flew the red dragon as his banner at the Battle of Bosworth and Wales has many strong links with the Tudor dynasty - Cardiff Castle passed through the hands of many noble families associated with the Tudors including Beauchamp & Neville, and has wonderful stained glass windows depicting its former owners.
