Bunyan Meeting Free Church is located in Bedfordshire where Puritan preacher and author of The Pilgrim’s Progress, John Bunyan lead worship. Bunyan began writing The Pilgrim’s Progress while imprisoned for violating the Conventicle Act, after he refused to give up preaching. The Pilgrim’s Progress has never been out of print, has been translated into 200 languages and is regarded as one of the most significant works of religious English literature
