Ripon Cathedral

Stained glass designs available as 'Static Cling' window decorations

Ripon Cathedral
Ripon Cathedral was founded in 660 AD by Scottish monks, but was later refounded by St Wilfrid who re-established it as a Benedictine monastery in 672 AD. The west front of the building is considered one of the best examples of Early English Gothic. The cathedral is home to the vivid St. Wilfrid window by Harry Harvey, and a wonderful hanging glass piece depicting Christ as a judge by John N. Lawson of Goddard and Gibbs.
